We were commissioned by Related Affordable (the affordable housing division of Related Companies) to rebrand their Marine Terrace property. Marine Terrace is a multi-family apartment project located in Astoria, Queens. It contains 444 units in seven three-story buildings on 7.89 acres.
Yellow created an iconic “M” ribbon brand icon to reflect the name and the location, and a bold blue and white color palette. We analyzed the signage needs of the full site (directional amenity and location) and coordinated the manufacture of over 400 elements.
