When AION Partners took ownership of the Harrison apartment building in Somerset NJ, they committed to an extensive upgrade of the building and grounds. Yellow helped them position the building against competitive buildings, and bring that positioning to life through the development of a new brand identity. Working closely with Peter Marren Architects, we extended the new visual identity across the site.
