When AION Partners took ownership of the Franklin Commons property in Bensalem PA, they committed to an extensive upgrade of the building and grounds. Yellow helped them position the building against competitive buildings, and bring that positioning to life through the development of a new brand mark and visual system. The new brandmark and brand architecture was applied to over 200 signs.
